The Vorontsov Lighthouse is located near the port of Odessa in the Black Sea. The very first lighthouse dates back to the 18th century when it was mounted by Turks, but later destroyed. Then it was built again in 1863 and, in fact, was rebuilt about 3 times. Today, the lighthouse is one of the landmarks and the first thing the ships coming to Odessa see. There are guided tours available and you can come visit the lighthouse inside as well to discover its history. However, the number of people in the group is limited, so you should book in advance.
